The reality star was walking the red carpet at the launch of True Reflection at Hollywood's The London Hotel when a woman covered Kardashian in white powder.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said deputies and paramedics were called to the hotel, but Kardashian refused medical treatment.
The fire department were also called to determine the nature of the substance, which they determined to be cooking flour.
