DANDELION
This herb is a good source of minerals like potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, and magnesium. It is rich in many vitamins, including folic acid, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, vitamin A, vitamin and vitamin K. It is also rich like Luteolin, which protect bones from age-related damage caused by , such as weakening and loss in density. Dandelion can help the liver in many ways, as well as promote digestion. Dandelion juice can help diabetic patients by stimulating production of insulin from pancreas and thus help keep blood-sugar levels low. The herb has been used for laxative and diuretic functions, herbal for liver and gall bladder complaints, it is a good tonic, appetite stimulant and is a good remedy for dyspeptic complaints. The inside surface of the flower stems is used for burns and stings.
GARLIC
This herb has been used for a multiplicity of medicinal purposes over the centuries. It has been used as an aphrodisiac, antioxidant and antibiotic.
