Rashad Charjuan Owens is facing charges of killing two people and injuring 23 others.
Rashad Charjuan Owens, who is being held in Travis County Jail without bond on two counts of capital murder and 23 counts of aggravated assault after he allegedly drove into a crowd of people outside of a Tyler, the Creator concert at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas yesterday (March 13), is an aspiring rapper and producer, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Owens’ Soundcloud account is under his moniker, K.A.B254. K.A.B is short for “KillingAllBeatz,” the story says.
