In 2007 Sedene Blake became a finalist in the Pulse Models' Caribbean Model Search. In 2009 she signed with New York Models and she modeled the pre-fall presentation for Calvin Klein in New York. In 2010 she walked the fall shows for Marc Jacobs, Carolina Herrera, Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino and 3.1 Phillip Lim in Paris and New York, she was in editorials for W, Interview, Vogue Italia, Vogue.
