EAST AND West Coast hip-hop rivalry was set aside at Madame Tussauds London on January 14, as four US rap superstars were united on stage.
For the first time ever Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg, The Notorious B.I.G and P. Diddy share centre stage as their life like wax figures pay a New Year visit from Madame Tussauds attractions in the USA.
The foursome will be in residence in the interactive music zone until March 24.
To celebrate the unveiling, UK rapper Chip performed a specially composed rap and is inviting fans to add to the lyrics on Madame Tussauds London’s Facebook page throughout the day.
Chip, who has performed with both P. Diddy and Snoop Dogg, was hard pressed to choose his favourite but singled out his personal hero, P. Diddy, as particularly outstanding.
The 22-year-old from north London thought the grouping ground breaking.
“To see rap being celebrated at Madame Tussauds is incredible and inspirational for the UK rap scene,” said Chip.
